Actually the wavelength of a 100Hz sine wave is only 11.27 ft. not 3000km! But your assesment is still correct for the most part. Yes, there will be some phase cancelling at certain frequencies, but most likely not noticeable. Any cancelling that takes place is negligable because the size of the space does not allow for a 180 degree out of phase signal which is the only shift that would make the wave "cancel"
